Japanese Fried Chicken – Karaage 日式唐揚炸雞
Sometimes we need to indulgent ourselves a little bit, especially during the tricky time like this. Who doesn’t like fried chicken, I love all kind from KFC, buffalo wings, taiwanese fried chicken…..This Japanese fried chicken -Karaage are so delicious, crispy on the outside, juicy in the inside, super delicious!
It is super easy to make, perfect for party, or just snack with beer! Enjoy!
日式唐揚炸雞,每次吃日式料理時都會點,香脆的炸雞,內裡多汁,簡單又好味!炸雞多油又不健康,但間中吃吃過口癮又不錯呢!
用來做宵夜伴啤酒吃,或是作小食下午茶,都超好味!
Cut the chicken thigh into small pieces, then marinate for 20 minutes.
Coat the chicken with corn starch, remove the excess corn starch.
Deep fry for about 2 to 3 minutes or until fully cooked. Enjoy!
將雞腿肉切成小塊,下醃料醃20分鐘
將雞肉沾滿粟粉,拍去多餘的粉
放入熱油鍋內,炸約兩至三分鐘至雞肉全熟即成!
- 300 g chicken thigh
- corn starch
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
