Italian Meatballs 經典意式肉丸
The classic, flavourful dish of Italian meatballs, loaded with cheese and herbs. Mix with grounded beef and pork, serve with classic tomato sauce. Very simple but delicious!
Meatballs are one of the classic Italian dish, every Italian has his own recipe from their mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. They are all the best anyway. I learnt this recipe from my Italian friend, the meatballs are so juicy and flavourful. Italian eat the meatballs with tomato sauce and bread. The “meatball spaghetti” is more like an American dish. But I even serve the meatballs with rice, still yummy!
The best meatballs is made of grounded beef and pork, with looooot of parmesan cheese, some breadcrumbs and parsley. You can add more or less cheese and herbs according to your taste. Easy, Simple, Buonissimo!!!
這個意式肉丸是在意大利生活時跟朋友學做的,每家每戶都有不同的食譜,材料簡單,超容易做,再配蕃茄醬汁,酸酸甜甜,非常開胃又美味!
可用豬肉,牛肉或混合兩樣都可,肉丸可拌白飯或意粉享用。超簡單又滿足的一餐,小朋友必定喜歡!
Mix the grounded pork and beef together, add breadcrumbs, eggs, cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, use chopstick to mix everything at one direction for a minute. Let it set for 15 minutes.
在大碗內,將肉,雞蛋,麵包糠,芝士碎及巴西里拌勻。下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味,用筷子向同一方向攪拌一分鐘,靜置15分鐘。
Take about a tablepoon of meat, roll it into a ball. Don’t roll it too big or it will be difficult to cook through.Heat oil in a pan, cook the meatballs until golden and fully cooked. Then set aside.
拿出一小份肉, 搓圓。熱鑊後下油,下肉丸,用中火煮至肉丸全熟,盛起備用。
For the tomato sauce, add oil in hot pan, cook the garlic for a minute, then add chopped tomatoes, bay leaves, season with salt and pepper. Bring it to boil, then let it simmer for 20 minutes.
蕃茄醬做法:下油及蒜片在鍋內,用小火煮一分鐘,然後下蕃茄粒,下鹽,黑胡椒粉及月桂葉拌勻。用中火煮沸段,轉小火煮20分鐘。
Add the meatballs into the sauce, cook for 3 minutes. Done!
下肉丸拌勻,再煮三分鐘。再灑少許芝士碎即成!
- 250 gram grounded beef
- 250 gram grounded pork
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Parsley
- 400 gram chopped tomato
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 材料:
- 免治豬肉 -250克
- 免治牛肉 -250克
- 雞蛋 -1隻
- 麵包糠 -4湯匙
- Parmesan芝士碎 -4湯匙
- 巴西里 -適量
- 蕃茄醬汁:
- 蕃茄粒 -400克
- 蒜頭 -1瓣
- 月桂葉 -2片
