Italian Breadsticks Grissini 意大利麵包條

In Italian restaurants they always come with a basket full of all sort of bread, the Italian breadsticks are my favourite. They are very crispy, simply dip some olive oil and balsamic vinegar, so delicious!

It is super easy to make, so much more flavour when we make it our own. Keep it in airtight container and you will always have breadsticks at home. Perfect to go with cold-cut meat and cheese too.

在意大利餐廳經常會有一籃籃的麵包,我最愛就是這個長長的意大利麵包條。非常香脆好味,配橄欖油和意大利黑醋享用。

做法非常簡單,比街賣的味道更好更新鮮。存放在密封盒內,家裡就經常有麵包條。可當零食或配火腿、芝士享用也非常好味!

Mix bread flour, sugar, salt and instant dried yeast together. Then add in olive oil and water, mix well.

Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes or until it smooth.

Place the dough into an oiled bowl, cover with cling film and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours or double its size.

Take out the dough, make it a rectangular shape, cut into thin strips.

Roll it into long and thin strip. Place it on lined baking tray. Pop in preheated oven at 200C, for about 10-15 minutes.

將高筋麵粉、糖、鹽和快辣乾酵母拌勻。加入橄欖油和水,拌勻。

搓麵糰8-10分鐘,搓至麵糰表面光滑。

在大碗內塗一層油,放入麵糰,蓋上保鮮紙,靜置一至兩個小時,或至麵糰脹大一倍。

拿出麵糰,按成長形,再切成幼條。約幼條搓長,放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上。

放入已預熱200C 焗爐,焗約10-15分鐘即成!
