Indian Shrimp Curry 印度鮮蝦咖哩
Easy, simple and delicious homemade Indian curry, simply with tomato , shrimps and indian spices. Perfect with bowl of rice for quick weekday dinner.
I always find that Indian curry is a bit heavy for me, yes they are so delicious but the sauce always a bit too much. That’s why I love this shrimp curry so much, it is mainly with tomatoes, shrimps instead of meat that make the whole thing so much lighter. It is so easy to make that it is our home favourite Indian curry dish.
印度咖喱通常都是味道較濃,有點膩,但這個非常清新又健康的咖喱,鮮蝦加入蕃茄醬,清新又開胃。
自己煮咖喱可加減辣椒份量,即使沒有所有香料,也很好吃呢!做法簡單,20分鐘可上桌,超下飯呢!
Add oil in hot pan, stir-fry the chopped onion until softened, then add in minced garlic, ginger and all spices. Cook for 30 seconds.
Add in chopped tomatoes and chilli, bring it to boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add in shrimps and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped coriander, done!
燒熱鑊後加入油,先炒洋蔥至軟身,再加入蒜蓉、薑蓉和所有香料,炒30秒。
加入蕃茄和半罐水,再加入辣椒,煮沸後轉小火煮10分鐘。
加入鮮蝦,再煮一至兩分鐘,灑上香菜即成!
- 400 gram shrimps
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 chilli
- 400 gram tomato, chopped
- few coriander
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon grounded coriander
- 1 teaspoon grounded cumin

- 蒜蓉 2湯匙
- 薑蓉 1湯匙
- 指天椒 (可省略) 1隻
- 蕃茄粒(罐頭) 400克
- 芫荽 少許

- 孜然粉 1茶匙
