Hong Kong-Style Western Fried Rice 港式西炒飯
One of the classic Hong Kong Cha-Chann-Tang (local restaurants) style fried rice. Funny name that it called Western Fried Rice, with western sausage and ketchup. It is very delicious !
Fried rice is my favourite comfort food. Laying on couch with a bowl of fried rice, perfect week night dinner. This is a western style fried rice that we have in Hong Kong, try and you will love it!
香港茶餐廳的經典炒飯之一,小時候非常喜歡吃的炒飯,喜歡裡面有香腸、火腿,跟其他中式炒飯不同。人在外地,最喜歡煮炒飯,簡單方便,一鑊搞定。
西炒飯的配料非常簡單,加入蕃茄醬,酸甜開胃又好味!簡單15分鐘就做到,小朋友必定喜歡!
Add oil in hot pan, cook the eggs, then set aside. Add a little bit more oil, then cook the sausage, vegetables and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.
Add some oil, cook the rice for 2-3 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients, season with ketchup and sugar. Mix well and it is done!
燒熱鑊後下油,下蛋液,炒蛋,盛起備用。再下少許油,下香腸、雜豆和蕃茄,下少許鹽,盛起備用。
下少許油,下白飯,炒2-3分鐘,加入所有配料,下茄汁和糖,拌勻即成。
- 2-3 bowls rice
- 2 eggs
- 3 sausages
- 1 tomato
- mixed vegetables
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste

- 白飯 2-3碗
- 雞蛋 2隻
- 香腸 3條
- 雜豆 適量
- 蕃茄 1個
- 茄汁 3湯匙
- 糖 1茶匙
- 鹽 少許
