Hong Kong-Style Satay Beef Noodles 茶餐廳沙嗲牛肉麵
Classic Hong Kong-style satay beef noodles, simply instant noodles with satay beef, not a fancy dish for sure, but it is just amazingly delicious and simply Hong Kong-style!
Oh this is one of my favourite food to order in Chan Chaan Tang (local restaurants) in Hong Kong. Yes it is instant noodles, has to be Japanese brand (出前一丁) with satay beef. Usually you can order at breakfast or all-day meal set. Serve with toast and ham omelette, plus a cold ice tea. This is just Hong Kong-Style, something that you can never find in elsewhere except Hong Kong.

這個港式茶餐廳的經典,是我其中的至愛~用沙嗲醬或沙茶醬和花生醬煮成醬汁,加入牛肉,再配即食麵或米粉,就成簡單又美味的港式茶餐廳風味!
Marinate the beef for 30 minutes, then heat oil in a pan, cook the beef and set aside.
Add some oil in a pan, cook the garlic, then add all the sauce ingredients, bring it to boil. Add in beef and mix well.
Prepare the instant noodles, then put the beef and sauce on it. Done!
將牛肉切薄片,用醃料醃30分鐘 。熱鑊後下油,炒牛肉至全熟,盛起備用。
再下少許油,炒蒜蓉,然後下沙嗲醬和花生醬,再加約80毫升水,煮沸後轉小火煮至醬汁稠身,再下牛肉拌勻。
煮即食麵,放入碗內,再將牛肉放在麵上即成~
- 2 packs instant noodles
- 200 gram beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons satay sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 30 ml water
- 材料:
- 即食麵 2包
- 牛肉 200克
- 蒜蓉 1茶匙
- 沙嗲或沙茶醬 3湯匙
- 花生醬 2湯匙
- 生抽 1/2湯匙
- 粟粉 1茶匙
- 糖 1茶匙
- 水 30毫升
