Homemade Rice Noodles (Ho Fun) 自制河粉
Quarantine activity : Making your own noodles! Living abroad is not easy to find fresh Asian noodles, especially when you suddenly craving for noodles but you can’t get to the shop. I always wanna to make my own noodles, and the time is NOW!
Homemade rice noodles (Ho Fun) is sooooooo easy to make, seriously!!!! All you need is rice flour, corn starch and water, 3 ingredients! If you love rice noodles like Hong Kong-style stir-fried beef noodles, you must try! Enjoy!
人在異鄉,不容易買到新鮮又好味的麵。在家隔離的日子,有時間就自己做了河粉。只需三種材料,做法超簡單,煙韌有口感,超好味!自己在家做河粉,就隨時都可以吃到港式的乾炒牛河囉!大家快試試!
Mix all the ingredients together. Brush some oil in a tray, then pour in the mixture.
Steam under high heat for 5 minutes, if you use glass tray, it takes one to two minutes more.
Brush some oil on the noodles, then take it out. This can pretend them from sticking together. Then cut it into long strips. Done!
*This recipe can make about 400g rice noodles
將所有材料材勻成粉漿。在蒸盤內塗一層薄薄的油,然後倒入一層粉漿。
用大火蒸約5分鐘(*如用玻璃盤,需要多蒸一至兩分鐘)
將河粉上塗一層油,然後拿出河粉. 再將河粉切成條狀即成!
*這個食譜做大約400克河粉
- 200 g rice flour
- 30 g corn starch / tapioca flour
- 300 ml water
