Homemade Peanut Butter 自製花生醬
This is one of the easiest recipe in the world, I mean seriously, just peanuts and you can make a bottle of peanut butter. Very rich, tasty and creamy, so much better than the store-bought one. Promise!
I am little bit embarrassed to even post this recipe, but I am sure some people may not know this and I still wanna share with you all.
Oh peanut butter, people said will make you fat, but lately the survey said it can keep you fit. Well, I go for the later one. To make peanut butter, you can decide how much salt, sugar and oil you wanna put in. You are the boss, with blender and takes about 10 minutes. How great is that?!

自己在家做花生醬原來超~超~超簡單的!材料只有一種 – 花生,只需15分鐘就做到,經濟實惠。
花生醬香濃幼滑,新鮮美味又健康。沒有防腐劑,加工劑等,全家人就吃得更安心囉~

You can use blench or roasted peanuts. Transfer the peanuts into food processor or blender, pulse few times until it chopped. Then blend it for a minute, stop and scrap down the sides and the bottom of the bowl. It look really dry.
用普通去衣花生或烤過的花生都可以,烤過的花生味道更香。可將花生放入170度焗爐,焗約10分鐘即可 (*花生份量可自行加減)。
Then blend it for a minute again, stop and scrap down the sides and the bottom of the bowl. At this stage, you can add some honey or salt, and add favourless oil (which can help to blend the peanuts)
將花生放入攪拌機內,攪拌一分鐘成花生碎,然後停一停,用膠刮攪拌一下。
Keep blending and stop, until the texture turn out to be like peanut butter.
*Store peanut butter in a glass jar, can store in a fridge for couple of weeks.
再攪拌一分鐘,停一停,再攪拌,重覆步驟,花生慢慢會變成糊狀。下一至兩湯匙油,再下少許鹽或蜂蜜調味(也可不加調味) *直接落油便可,不用熟油。繼續攪拌至成花生醬即可!(如想要幼滑的,就攪拌長一點時間)
如喜歡幼滑質感,可多加點油 (用花生油,橄欖油等都可以)
**這個食譜可做約600毫升花生醬
*將花生醬放入密封玻璃瓶,可存放入雪櫃兩個星期,但因沒有防腐劑,盡快享用比較好
*因各攪拌機的馬力不同,所需時間亦會不同
- 400 gram peanuts
- 1 - 2 tablespoon oil
- 材料:
- 花生- 400克
- 油 -1-2湯匙
