Homemade OREO cookies are crunchy, sweet and full of coca flavour. So delicious and better than the boxed one. With a glass of milk, great treat for the kids!

I loooove Oreo, who doesn’t? I love to make all kind of dessert with oreo, ice-cream, cheesecake, cake….how about just make you own oreo?! It is fun to make and it does taste goood.

The black color of the oreo is made of dark cocoa powder, I use the normal cocoa powder instead,  then sandwich with butter cream. So delicious! By the way, you can make the cookies thinner, I made it thick cause I prefer the thicker cookies. 🙂 Very easy and fun to make, kids will love it!

很多大人小孩都喜歡OREO夾心餅乾,原來也可在家自己做。做法簡單容易,充滿可可香,餅乾酥脆美味!黑色的OREO是用黑可可粉Dark cocoa powder,我買不到,便用普通可可粉,再加上夾在中間的牛油霜,超美味!自己做沒有防腐劑及色素,吃也較安心!當下午茶點加杯鮮奶,超讚!

Cream the butter with sugar until soft and fluffy. Then add in egg and mix well. Sift in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt, mix well. It will become breadcrumbs like. Use your hands to form a dough, divide into three, wrap it with cling film and chill in fridge for an hour.

用電動打蛋器打發牛油及糖,至淡黃色及呈乳霜狀。加一隻蛋拌勻,再篩入麵粉,泡捏粉,可可粉及鹽拌勻,成麵包糠狀。用手堆成完整麵團,分成三份,分別用保鮮紙包好,放入雪櫃一小時。Recipe - Homemade OREO CookiesThe dough is a bit sticky, put one dough between two baking sheet, then roll it into 1/2 cm thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut the shape you want, then place on baking sheet. Pop in preheated oven at 170C for about 8 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies set on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer onto wire rack and let it cool completely.

將一份麵團放在兩張烘焙紙之間,然後擀成0.5至2米,印出圓形,放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上。放入已預熱170度焗爐,焗8至10分鐘,拿出烤盤,靜置5分鐘,然後再放在涼架上待涼。

For the filling, simply beat the butter until pale and fluffy, then add icing sugar and beat until well combined. Add a tablespoon of milk and mix well.

Fill the cream on one cookies, then cover it with the other cookies. Enjoy!

餡料做法:用電動打蛋器打發牛油,然後加入糖霜打至非常軟身,再加一湯匙牛奶拌勻。將牛油霜塗在餅乾上,再加一塊餅乾蓋好即成!

Ingredients
  1. 100 gram unsalted butter
  2. 120 gram sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 190 gram all-purpose flour
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 40 gram cocoa powder
  7. 1/8 teaspoon salt
For the Filling
  1. 60 gram unsalted butter
  2. 160 gram icing sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon milk
  4. 材料:
  5. 無鹽牛油 -100克
  6. 糖 -120克
  7. 雞蛋 -1隻
  8. 中筋麵粉 -190克
  9. 泡打粉 -1茶匙
  10. 可可粉 -40克
  11. 鹽 -1/8茶匙
  12. 餡料:
  13. 無鹽牛油 -60克
  14. 糖霜 -160克
  15. 牛奶 -1湯匙
Instructions
