No-churn Cookies & Cream Ice-cream 自製雪糕
Homemade no-churn ice-cream with oreo cookies, very cream and absolutely delicious! Super easy to make without ice-cream machine, with only 3 ingredients!
Summer can’t without ice-cream right? Especially for me, I NEED ice-cream even in summer, it just make me happy! I do have an ice-cream machine, but usually have to cook the ice-cream custard before putting in the machine….Then I have to clean the machine….it is just too much. That’s why I only used it for few times.
This without machine ice-cream is awesome, super super easy to make with few ingredients. You can make any flavour you want, just put the ingredients in the ice-cream base. I love to put honeycomb, candied pecan, almond, marshmallows….Great treat for summer, you must try!

Beat the cream with electric mixer, or you can whip by hands of course, until form stiff peak, then slowly add in condensed milk and mix well. It will become a soft creamy paste.
先用電動打蛋器打發淡忌廉至乾性發泡,然後慢慢加入煉奶拌勻。
Add in crushed oreo cookies and mix it gently. Transfer it to a container, freeze in frezzer for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
加入Oreo餅乾碎,輕力拌勻。倒入容器內,放入冰箱冷藏最少三小時即成!
- 400 ml double cream or whipping cream
- 200 ml condensed milk
- 8 pcs Oreo cookies, crushed
- 材料:
- 淡忌廉 -400毫升
- 煉奶 -200毫升
- Oreo餅乾 -8塊
- Beat the cream with electric mixer, until form stiff peak.
- Then slowly add in condensed milk and mix well. It will become a soft creamy paste.
- Add the oreo cookies and mix it gently
- Transfer it to a container, pop in freezer for at least 3 hours.
