Homemade Burger Buns
Who doesn’t love burger? I just loooove it, it makes me so happy to just look at it. Nothing can beat a nice burger in weekend with families and friends. And homemade burger buns are even better. Crispy on the outside, and soft in the outside. It is just delicious!
This burger bun is so easy to make, with plain flour, egg and milk, which make the buns light, soft and tender. You can knead the dough with standmixer with dough hook or just knead by hands. I love to do it by hands, knead for 10 minutes and let it rise for an hour. This recipe can make 6 – 8 buns, I always make 6, which is bigger!
Once you try it, you won’t buy the packed burger buns anymore. Great for barbeque, party, sunday lunch. Enjoy!

The dough will grow a bit bigger. Brush some melted butter on the top, pop in preheated oven at 190C for 15 to 18 minutes until golden.
