Homemade Almond Butter 自製杏仁醬
In order to be healthier, I start to make my own ”butter” at home. I know, the store-bought peanut butter taste so good, but they are full of sugar, not good for you. If buy the health version in those healthy shop, they are quite expensive and sometimes, still have some chemical added.
Make your own ”butter” is SUPER EASY! Only ONE ingredient! No oil added and it just taste amazing! You can eat it with bread, fruit, crackers, or yogurt. Super healthy that you can eat without guilt. You can also do the same with cashew, peanut, hazelnut. Enjoy!
外國流行的杏仁醬,在超市買也不便宜,加上會有添加劑,”健康食品”也不是完全健康 。自己做,沒有添加劑,吃得更安心。材料只需一種!!!不用加油 (因果仁本身就充滿油份),100%無添加。
杏仁營養價值非常高,味道香濃。做出來的杏仁醬,超香。用來塗麵包、餅乾,加入乳酪,健康又好味!
Bake the raw almond at 170C, bake for 10 minutes. This can help almond release the oil and flavour, easier to blend.
Let the almond cool down a little bit, then blend it into almond butter.
At first it will look like some powder, continue to blend until smooth.
將生杏仁放入已預熱170度C焗爐,焗10分鐘,令杏仁”出油’,更易打發和帶出香味。
杏仁待至微暖,放入攪拌機內,打至杏仁粉,不停攪拌,就會成醬. 可以加少許鹽調味,不用加油,因杏仁本身已有油份
