Healthy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt 健康草莓乳酪雪糕
Healthy frozen yogurt that is refreshing, healthy and delicious. Just blend everything together and froze for few hours. You will have the best dessert for summer!
Summer is here!!! For us in Dubai, I guess is already here for long time. Today there is 42 degree! Arrrrggggh!!!! I always craving for ice-cream cause it is the only thing I wanna eat! So, for healthier alternative, we have frozen yogurt instead.
This is the easiest recipe, just blend whatever fruit you like and yogurt. Then froze it for at least 4 hours, there you have, healthy, refreshing and super delicious frozen yogurt.

Chop the banana and strawberries into small pieces, then froze in freezer for one hour.
Then put banana, strawberries and yogurt into a blender, blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a tray, then freeze for at least 4 hours.
將草莓和香蕉切小塊,再放入冰箱一個小時。
將所有材料放入攪拌機內打成幼滑糊狀。
再放入容器內,放入冰箱最少4個小時才享用。
- 200 gram banana
- 200 gram strawberry
- 50 gram yogurt
- honey (optional)
- 材料:
- 草莓 200克
- 香蕉 200克
- 乳酪 50克
- 蜂蜜 (可省略) 適量
