Healthy Smoothie Bowl 水果奶昔
Healthy smoothie bowl that you can see all over social media, very colourful and looks delicious! Yes, even healthy food can be yummy and eye-catching.
These are my favourite breakfast in summer, use bananas as a base that add the smooth and creaminess to the smoothie. Then add in whatever fruit you fancy, usually the fruit are sweet enough that I don’t even have to add honey in it. Top with more fresh fruit, nuts and chia seed. DONE! Best way to start a day!

健康又營養的早餐。集合了水果、蔬菜、果仁等,吸睛美味又飽足!用香蕉做基礎,然後加入自己喜歡的水果或蔬菜,就成幼滑Creamy 的Smoothie。早上花5分鐘時間便做到,隨自己喜好加入不同材料,每日美好的開始!
Peel and slice the bananas and freeze for 30 minutes. Put bananas, blueberries, honey and apple juice into a blender. Blend until is creamy, if too thick, you can add more apple juice.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl, top with fresh fruit, chia seed and chopped nuts. Done!
將香蕉去皮切片,放入冰箱30分鐘,備用。將香蕉、藍莓、蜂蜜和蘋果汁放入果汁機內 (*將香蕉冷凍,可令奶昔更幼滑Creamy)攪拌至幼滑,如太濃稠,可加點果汁。
將奶昔倒入碗內,再加上不同水果、奇異籽和果仁作裝飾即成!
- 1-2 banans
