Healthy Energy Bar 健康能量棒
I try to be healthier in 2019, well, now is almost September and…I do go to gym few times a week and eat healthier from Mon-Fri 😉 After gym I need some snack to recover, this healthy energy bar is my favourite.
Yes you can easily buy these energy bars in a shop but do you know, as healthy as they sound, they are actually really high in sugar. It is not so healthy in a way. It is best to make it by yourself, no-baked, you can add whatever healthy nuts and seeds you like. It is so delicious, perfect breakfast or snack!
2019年的其中一個目標是做個健康人,除了去健身室外,星期一至五我都會吃得較清淡健康。而這個能量棒就是我最愛的小食!
這個是非常健康的小食,減肥的朋友都可以食,可自己隨意加入喜歡的堅果、又可加減甜度,比街買的能量棒更低卡更健康!
Take the stone out of the dates, soak in hot water for 30minutes. Drain it and put in food processor to make a paste.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
Put the mixture in lined baking tin, press it and chill in fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Once it set, cut into small pieces, enjoy!
將椰棗去核,浸在熱水30分鐘,瀝乾水份,放入攪拌器內攪拌成蓉
然後加入餘下的材料,攪拌
將材料放入鋪有烘焙紙的容器內,平均鋪好,壓實,再放入雪櫃大約一至兩個小時,切件享用
- 180 g dates
- 140 g almond
- 60 g pumpkin seeds
- 70 g walnuts
