Healthy Chicken Salad (Meal Pre) 健康低卡雞肉沙律
This is the salad that I make at least 3 times a week for my husband’s lunch. Nothing better than eating salad in summer, easy, simple and healthy!
People always say they eat salad when they are on diet. It sounds really boring for me to keep eating green, but actually salad can be tricky if you use the store-bought dressing. They have so much calories than you can imagine. I like to make simple dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. It is THIS simple and so healthy and delicious!
炎炎夏日,沒有胃口,吃沙律就最適合。近來Mr P行路線,每天我都會為他預備午餐便當,而這個沙律是我最喜歡的。一星期做三次,哈哈!沙律加上雞肉,健康低卡,美味又飽足。
現成的沙律醬非常高熱量又不健康,簡單用橄欖油、檸檬汁和黑醋調味,就更健康囉!
Season the chicken breast/ thigh with salt and pepper. Pan-fried it under medium heat on both sides.
Mix all the ingredient for the dressing. Place the greens on the plate, season with salt and pepper. Add in chicken, sprinkle with chopped nuts and drizzle dressing on top.
將雞肉用鹽和黑胡椒粉調味,用中火煎至兩面金黃色,然後切件。
將所有沙律醬汁拌勻, 將沙律菜放在碟上,用鹽和黑胡椒味,加上雞肉,淋上少許果仁碎,再淋上醬汁享用。
- 300 gram chicken breast / thigh
- salad greens
- nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 材料:
- 雞胸或雞腿肉 300克
- 沙律菜 適量
- 果仁碎 少許
- 橄欖油 2湯匙
- 義大利黑醋 1湯匙
- 檸檬汁 1湯匙
