Peel and cut the sweet potato into thin slices. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper (or some spices you desire), mix well.
Lay the sweet potato slices on lined baking sheet, pop in preheat oven at 200C for 10 minutes. Then turn it over and bake for further 15 mins or until crispy.
Let it cool on wire rack and it will become crispier.
將蕃薯切薄片,再加入少許橄欖油、鹽,也可加少許調味料。
將蕃薯片放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,放入已預熱200度焗爐,焗10分鐘,然後將蕃薯反面,再焗15分鐘 (*因蕃薯片的厚薄不同,焗爐火力不同,要小心觀察,如不脆,再焗長一點時間)
將蕃薯片放在涼架上,待涼後會更香脆。
