Grilled Corn on the Cob 燒香甜粟米
Golden, sweet grilled corn on the cob, who dosen’t like it?! Boil the corn first then grill it can keep the corn moist and won’t dry out. Simply spread the butter, sprinkle with some cheese and bacon. Perfect snack for any time!
I love sweetcorn so much, in a tin, in Chinese soup or simply grilled corn is just perfect! It is healthy, easy to make and super delicious. I love to eat this when BBQ or afternoon snack or for light weeknight dinner.
First to cook the corns in boiling water first, then grill it, this can reduce the cooking time and keep the corn moist and juicy. I think the best is eat with butter, lots of cheese and some bacon!!!!!! There you go, perfect corn on the cob!

Place the corns in boiling water, cook on medium heat until boiling again. Once it boils, cook for a minute more. Then remove from heat, with the lid on and let it rest for 5 minutes.
先煮沸一大鍋水,然後放入粟米,用中火煮至水沸,再多煮一分鐘,關火,蓋上煲蓋,靜置五分鐘。
然後將粟米放在鐵板上,燒約五分鐘,令表面金黃色,少許焦。
再在粟米上塗一層牛油,灑上芝士碎及煙肉碎即成!
