Glutinous Rice Cake with Red Bean Paste 豆沙燒餅
This is such a traditional snack when I was kid. A Glutinous Rice Cake with red bean paste inside. It is chewy little cake with sweet red bean paste inside, they are so delicious.
No many places sell these little cakes now, but they are so easy to make at home. Simple ingredients that you might already have in hands, so try and hope you will like it too!
小時候非常喜歡的豆沙燒餅,超煙韌的糯米餅包了香甜的紅豆餡料,簡單又好味!
現在很少地方會賣這個小食,但自己在家做非常簡單,超容易做,大家又試試!
Divide red bean paste into 8 to 10 pieces. Roll into balls, set aside.
Mix the boiling water with sugar until it dissolved, then mix with vegetable oil.
Add the mixture into a bowl of glutinous rice, mix well and form a dough. Knead the dough until it smooth. (if the dough is too dry, add some water; if too wet, add some glutinous rice flour)
Divide the dough into 8 to 10 pieces.
Roll & flatten the dough, then wrap the red bean paste. Roll the dough again and flatten it.
Add little oil in a pan, pan fry both sides until cooked.
將紅豆蓉分成8至10份,搓圓備用
將糖加入沸水內,拌勻至完全溶化,再下菜油拌勻
快速將糖水倒入糯米粉內,不停攪拌,搓成粉糰 (如太乾, 可多加點水)
將粉糰分成十份,壓扁,包入餡料,搓圓再按扁
熱平底鍋下少許油,用中小火將燒餅煎至兩面金黃色即成!
- 150 g Red Bean Paste 紅豆蓉
- 160 g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
- 145 ml Boiling Water 沸水
- 40 g Sugar 糖
- 35 ml Vegetable Oil 菜油
