Ginger Lemonade 薑汁檸檬水
Lemonade with a little bit of ginger, gives it a real kick. With fresh lemon and basil, refreshing, spicy and delicious! Great summer drink ever!
Homemade lemonade is always the best! With a little twist, add some ginger, give it a little spicy. Ginger is good for stomach (in Chinese sense), so if add some ginger in a drink, we conside it is healthier. I always have this in the fridge, is better than drinking Coke I guess.
It is very easy to make, cook some ginger syrup, add with lemon juice (you can even add lime juice), with basil, mix well and serve with ice. Lovely!
炎熱的夏天,不想經常喝汽水,可自製檸檬水Lemonade,加上薑汁,帶點勁度,再加羅勒葉,清涼消暑!檸檬水有美白功效,薑汁有助腸胃消化,美味又健康!按自己喜好調較糖份,絕對是夏天不可少的凍飲!
In a small sauce pan, add water, ginger slices and sugar, cook on medium heat to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely.
在小煲內,加入水,糖及薑片,用中火煮沸,然後轉小火煮5分鐘。離火,待涼備用。
Mix with lemon juice, syrup, lemon slices, water, basil and ice together. You can take the ginger slice out. Add more water if you like. Garnish with lemon slices or basil.
將檸檬汁,糖漿,檸檬片,水,羅勒葉及冰拌勻。可取出薑片,再加多點水。加上檸檬片或羅勒葉作裝飾。
- 200 ml lemon juice
- few slices ginger
- 100 gram sugar
- 200 ml water (for the syrup)
- few basil
- 800 ml water
- 材料:
- 檸檬汁 -200毫升
- 薑片 -適量
- 糖 -100克
- 水-200毫升(煮糖水用)
- 羅勒葉 -適量
- 水-800毫升
