Garlic & Ginger Fried Rice 香蒜薑蓉炒飯
Nothing easier and more comforting than fried rice, super simple, fast and easy! This fried rice is full of garlic and ginger, very aromatic and it is just so delicious!
I think the greatest thing about fried rice is that you can just add anything you like in fried rice, and it will turn out perfectly great! This one is one of the easiest one, just garlic and ginger, less than 10 minutes and you will have perfect lovely meal!
這個非常簡單又惹味的炒飯,充滿香濃的蒜味,加有清新的薑味,開胃又美味!加上鮮蝦和其他配料,不用10分鐘就做到令人滿足的家常炒飯!
Add oil in hot pan, cook the shrimps then set aside. Then add a bit more oil, then cook the minced garlic and ginger, cook for 3-5 minutes at low heat.
Add rice and cook for 3 minutes, season with salt, white pepper, sesame oil and soy sauce.
Add eggs, keep cooking, add spring onion and shrimps, then it is done!
燒熱鑊後下油,先將蝦煎熟,盛起備用。
再下少許油,然後下薑蓉和蒜蓉,用小火炒 3-5分鐘。
再下白飯,炒3分鐘,下鹽,白胡椒粉,麻油和生抽調味。
然後下雞蛋,繼續炒,最後下蔥花和鮮蝦拌勻即可。
- 2-3 bowls cooked rice
- 8 shrimps
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons spring onion
- 2 eggs

- 蔥花 適量
