Garlic Croutons 法式香蒜麵包粒
Golden, crunchy, garlic croutons, great with soup, salad or just simple snack. Very easy to make and you can make with any leftover bread, so much better than the store-bought one.
I always love to make my own croutons, especially when Mr P made tons of bread, so I will use them to make croutons. It is the way to kill the leftover bread. It is super easy to make then I can add into my soup, ceasar salad and just eat as snack. Very crunchy and delicious, so much better than the store-bought one.
You can add whatever seasoning you like. I love to add garlic powder, salt and pepper, very simple but taste so good. It is good to use the leftover bread, it is drier and make the croutons crispier.

最好是配西式湯,或放在凱撒沙律內,也可當小食!做法超簡單,用焗爐或平底鑊都做到。買多了的麵包不浪費,做這個麵包粒就最好,比市售的更便宜好吃!
Cut the bread of your choice in cube, then mix with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place on the baking sheet and pop in preheated oven at 180C for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden. If you want them crispier, put in oven for extra few minutes.
先將麵包切成小方塊,什麼麵包都可,我用長法包baguette。最好用放了一兩天的麵包,因水份較少。焗爐做法:將麵包放在烤盤上,下橄欖油及所有調味料拌勻。放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約10至15分鐘,至金黃酥脆即成!(焗至約8分鐘時,將麵包粒反轉另一面再焗)
Or you can place the bread cubes on a pan, cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until golden.
平底鑊做法:將麵包粒放在平底鍋內,用中火烤麵包約8至10分鐘,不時將麵包粒反轉另一面,烤至金黃酥脆即可!
- 1/2 baguette
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 材料:
- 長法包 -1/2 條
- 橄欖油 -3湯匙
- 蒜粉 -1茶匙
- 巴西里 -1/3茶匙
