Easy Spring Rolls 香脆炸春卷

Every time when we ask about foreigner what Chinese food they like, 99% will answer – Spring rolls!!!!! hahaha seem like for them, thanks for Chinese takeaway, spring rolls are one of the most popular Chinese food. 

Mr P always ask me to make spring rolls, always say the homemade ones are so much better!!!! Well, of course, with loads of fillings and freshly fry, they are just THE BEST! 

You can add any fillings you like, I love to make the vegetarian one, cause it feel less heavy and means you can eat more! Try and guaranteed that you will love it! 

不知為何,每次跟外國人傾計,都說最喜歡吃的中式食物是春卷!外國的中式餐館的小食,全都有春卷,那就成為最受外國人歡迎的中式小食。

Mr P 非常喜歡我的自家春卷,經常說比外面賣的好吃百倍。當然,自己在家做春卷,包超多的餡料,炸至金黃香脆,完全停不了口。我喜歡將多做的春卷放在冰箱,想食時再炸便可,方便又好味!

Thinly slice all the ingredients, soak the vermicelli noodles in water until softened. 

Add oil in hot pan, cook all the ingredients until softened, season with some salt, chicken powder, soy sauce and sugar.  Set aside. 

Add about a tablespoon of filling in the middle of the wrapper, roll it from the bottom, then fold the sides. Brush some beaten egg at the edge then stick it together. 

Add the spring rolls in hot oil, cook until golden. Enjoy!

將所有材料切幼絲,粉絲浸軟,用剪刀剪數下。燒熱鑊後下油,炒所有餡料,下少許鹽、雞粉、生抽和糖調味。

將一湯匙餡料放在春卷皮上,從下面捲上,再將左右兩側對折,再用蛋液糊口。

把油燒熱,將春卷炸至金黃色即成!

  • 20 spring roll wrappers
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 pack vermicelli noodles
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms
  • 20 g black fungus
  • 1/4 cabbage

  • 20 春卷皮
  • 1/2 紅蘿蔔
  • 1 粉絲
  • 5 冬菇
  • 20 木耳
  • 1/4 椰菜
Instructions
