Easy Earl Grey Tea Cookies 伯爵茶牛油曲奇
In winter, it is the best to have a cup of tea under the duvet. Beside English breakfast tea, earl grey tea is one of my favourite. Put some earl grey tea into butter cookies, it is just delicious!
These buttery cookies with hint of earl grey tea flavour, it is just heaven. The best thing of this recipe is, very easy to make and you can keep the dough in freezer for few weeks. So whenever you crave for cookies, you can just bake it and have it in 30 minutes! If you love earl grey tea, don’t miss it!
我身邊的朋友很多都很喜歡伯爵茶,味道清淡又帶有特別的香味。非常適合加入蛋糕、甜品內。這次就做伯爵茶曲奇,香濃的牛油曲奇,加入伯爵茶葉,淡淡茶香,超美味!再配一杯熱茶或咖啡,簡直就是絕配!
做法非常簡單,新手也可輕鬆做到,還可以將麵糰放入冰箱冷藏數星期,每當想吃曲奇,拿出麵糰即焗便可,超方便!伯爵茶控必定要試喔!
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift in flour, baking powder and earl grey tea leaves, mix well and form a dough.
Place the dough on the worktop surface, form a cylinder dough, or you can make it as square shape. Wrap it with cling film and freeze it for at least one hour.
Cut the dough into 1 cm thick, place it on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheated 180C oven, bake for about 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
先用打蛋器打發牛油,打至淡黃色及呈乳霜狀,再下糖拌勻。篩入麵粉、泡打粉和伯爵茶葉,拌勻。
將粉糰放在枱上,用手將粉糰做成長形,可做成圓或長方形,用保鮮紙包好,放入冰箱Freezer 冷藏最少一個小時。
將餅乾麵糰切約一厘米厚,放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約12-15分鐘。
*這個食譜可做約20塊餅乾
*麵糰可以存放在冷凍庫大約三至四星期,切片再焗即可
- 65 gram unsalted butter
- 35 gram sugar
- 90 gram plain flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-2 tablespoons earl grey tea leaves
