Easter Chocolate Bird Nest 復活節朱古力雀巢

Next week is Easter, I have been eating a lot Creme Eggs and Mini Eggs for few weeks. It is time to make something festive! These chocolate bird’s nests are so adorable, they are perfect for decoration cake, brownie or just let it as it is.

I use rice vermicelli noodles (raw), so I don’t think you will eat the nest (I wouldn’t), or you can use vermicelli pasta or any thin noodles that you can find. I suggest to use dark chocolate as it gives a good dark colour than the milk chocolate. Let’s make it!

下星期就是復活節，英國在情人節過後便立刻開賣復活節的朱古力，不同的品牌都有自己的復活蛋，非常吸引。而我最愛的就是Creme Egg 和 Mini Egg.

分享這個簡單的復活節朱古力雀巢，小朋友必定喜歡。我喜歡做小小的雀巢，再放上mini eggs，也可以做大的雀巢，放雞蛋在裡面。我用的是米粉，也可以用任何幼身的麵做。這個可以用來做蛋糕、甜品裝飾，超可愛！

Melt the chocolate in microwave or place the chocolate in a bowl then put in a sauce pan with simmer water.

Break the noodles into small pieces, about the length of a finger.

Pour the melted chocolate into the noodles, mix well.

Place the noodles into a muffin tin or bowl, chill in fridge for 30 minutes.

Take out the bird’s nest and place chocolate eggs in! Done!

將巧克力放入微波爐或用隔水加熱法，溶化巧克力

將米粉弄碎至手指的長度 （如做大的雀巢就用長一點的米粉）

將巧克力倒入米粉內，拌勻

將米粉不規則的放入鬆餅盤或碗內，然後放入雪櫃30分鐘

拿出雀巢，放入復活蛋巧克力即成！
