Earl Grey Tea Milk Pudding 伯爵茶牛奶布甸
This is one of the easiest dessert, no baking required, just cook the milk and cream, set with gelatine. Very creamy, delicious milk pudding with a hint of earl grey tea flavour.
Asian people really like pudding, the creamy and wobble texture. Pudding can make it with different flavour, fruity as lemon, strawberry, mango; or sweet like chocolate.This time I add the Earl Grey tea in the pudding, strong red tea flavour mix with milk, perfect combination.
It takes no time to make it and you can make it in advance, perfect dessert for your guest.
很喜歡伯爵茶Earl Grey的香濃茶味,用來做甜品也很不錯。
這次將伯爵茶加入牛奶布甸內,淡淡清香的茶味,綿綿的布甸,超配的組合!超簡單容易做,做下午茶很不錯呢~
Heat the milk in saucepan, add in sugar and cook until sugar dissolved, remove from heat. Add in Earl Grey tea bags, let it set for 5 mintues.
先將牛奶放入小煲內,加入糖,用中火煮至糖溶化,離火。然後加入茶包,蓋上煲蓋,靜置5分鐘。
Then add in gelatine leaf or gelatine (mix with cold water), and heavy cream to mix well.
用40毫升開水與魚膠粉拌勻(然後放入一碗熱水內坐溶),然後加入牛奶內,再加入淡忌廉拌勻。
Pour the mixture into ramekins, let it cool completely then chill in fridge for at least three hours.
倒入容器內,待涼後放入雪櫃雪三個小時或以上。浸在熱水內約五秒,然後脫模即可,可灑上可可粉享用。*這個配方可做4個布甸
- 360 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 -4 Earl Grey tea bags
- 10 gram gelatine
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 材料:
- 牛奶 -360毫升
- 糖 -3湯匙
- 伯爵茶包 -3-4個
- 魚膠粉 -10克
- 淡忌廉 -100毫升
