Dutch Baby 荷蘭鬆餅
This lovely Dutch baby pancake, very light and fluffy. Is it pancake or popover? It rises so high in oven, can be either sweet or savory pancake, perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert.
This is such a joy to see this Dutch baby rises in the oven. Too bad it only last for a while, so get ready at the table when it served. You can just spread butter and jam, or drizzle with lemon juice and icing sugar…or add some bacon, tuna and egg will work too.
Very easy to make and let the oven do the work, enjoy!
這個非常可愛的荷蘭鬆餅Dutch Baby,在焗爐內時會慢慢升得很多,拿出來後會縮小。可放上水果,塗牛油,果醬或淋上巧克力醬,做成美味的甜品。也可放上雞蛋,吞拿魚,煙肉等,做成鹹味的鬆餅也可。做法超簡單,零難度,令人吃得很開心的鬆餅,必定要試喔~
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make the batter.
Put the butter in a cast iron pan and pop into preheated oven at 200C for few minutes.
Then pour the batter into a pan, pop back in oven, bake for 15 -18 minutes, until golden and risen.
Serve with fruit, butter, jam….
先將麵粉,鹽和糖拌勻,然後加入雞蛋和牛奶拌勻成麵糊。
在鑄鐵鍋內放入牛油,然後放進已預熱200度焗爐內,焗至牛油溶化(約數分鐘)
然後拿出鑄鐵鍋,倒入麵糊,然後再放進焗爐內,焗約15 – 18分鐘(按鑄鐵鍋的大小和焗爐火力調整焗的時間)*期間千萬不要打開焗爐!
焗至鬆餅升高及表面金黃色,可塗上牛油,放上水果享用。
- 70 gram plain flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml milk
- 40 gram butter
