Double Tree Hotel Signature Chocolate Chip Cookies 朱古力曲奇
Have you try the famous Double Tree Hotel’s chocolate chip cookies? I tried it few years ago when I stayed in Double Tree Hotel in London. When you check-in, they will give you a warm big chocolate cookie. Once I try it, I swear, it is the BEST cookie I have ever tried! From then on, I did book different Double Tree Hotel in other countries, just to enjoy this amaaaaaazing cookies. Seriously, they are sooooo good.
During the lockdown, Double Tree Hotel reveal their famous chocolate chip cookies recipe, and they are EXACTLY the same as in the hotel. They are super easy to make and I just love it so much! Try and hope you like it too!
大家有吃過Hilton Double Tree 酒店最有名的朱古力曲奇?幾年前到倫敦旅行,入住這酒店,在Check-in 時他們會給你暖暖的朱古力曲奇,我一試愛上!之後有幾時還特意入住這間酒店,就是為了這個曲奇。
早陣子在封城期間,Double Tree 酒店公開了這個朱古力曲奇配方,試了後完完全全就是那個味道。現在就跟大家分享,這是將他們的食譜直接翻譯過來,大家可以試試!
Cream the butter and sugar for 2 minutes, with medium speed. Then add in eggs, vanilla extra and lemon juice. Use low speed to beat it for 30 seconds, then turn to medium speed to beat it for 2 minutes.
Then sift in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder, beat for 45 seconds with low speeds.
Then add in walnut (Bake in preheated oven at 160C, bake for 10 minutes, then chop into small pieces), oatmeal and chocolate chips, mix well.
Take out a dough, about 45g (I used 75g), roll into balls, then flatten it a little bit. Place on lined baking sheet, with 5cm space in between. Pop in preheated oven at 150C, bake for 20-23 minutes or till the edge of the cookie is golden brown and soft in the middle. Let it rest on wire rack for one hour. Done!
*This recipe can make 26 cookies , I only make half of the amount, the beating time can cut into half
*You can freeze the dough, and bake it directly in the oven

用電動打蛋器打發牛油(室溫)和糖,用中速打發兩分鐘
然後加入雞蛋、雲尼拿香油和檸檬汁,用低速打發30秒,然後中速打發兩分鐘.再篩入麵粉、梳打粉、鹽和肉桂粉,用電動打蛋器以低速打發45秒(*不要過度拌勻)
最後加入核桃(可放入已預熱160度C焗爐,焗10分鐘,然後切碎) 、燕麥片和巧克力碎,拌勻
拿出一份45克的麵糰(我做75克),搓圓,壓一壓麵糰,放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上(每個隔有5cm空間),放入已預熱150度C焗爐,焗約20-23分鐘,至餅乾周邊是金黃色,而中間是軟身,讓餅乾在烤盤上待涼一個小時即成!
*這個食譜可做約26塊餅乾
*我做了原著食譜的一半份量,將所有份量減半,打發時間也減半
*用紅糖令餅乾更有香氣,味道更香濃,也可全部用白砂糖代替
*可以將麵糰放在冰箱存放,拿出來不用解凍,直接放入150度C焗爐,焗的時間會長一點,要小心觀察
