Double Chocolate Pudding 香濃巧古力布甸
The most indulgent, delicious, rich and chocolatey pudding ever!
This is one of the most amazing dessert when you can guest come over. Super easy to make and everyone loves it. Who doesn’t like chocolate right?!
To make this pudding, first have to make the batter, then pour the chocolate sauce on top of the batter. It sounds really weird but it turns out great and you will have chocolate pudding with chocolate sauce. Perfect dessert at all time!
這個香濃朱古力布甸Chocolate Pudding,有點像布朗尼,又有布甸的口感,加上香濃朱古力漿,再配上雪糕享用,實在太美味!
做法簡單,不用機器,新手也做到,朱古力控不要錯過喔~
Mix eggs, sugar , milk and meltelted butter in a large bowl. Sift in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt, mix well.
Add in chopped chocolate, then pour the mixture into buttered baking dish. (Use deeper dish is better)
For the chocolate sauce: In a pot, bring the water to boil, then add in sugar, salt and cocoa powder. Cook until sugar dissolved.
Pour the chocolate sauce directly onto the batter. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 35 minutes or the surface is firm.
將雞蛋、糖、牛奶、溶化牛油放入大碗內拌勻,然後篩入麵粉、泡打粉、可可粉和鹽拌勻。
可加入巧克力碎,然後將麵糊倒入已塗有牛油的焗盤內 (建議用高一點的焗盤)
巧克力漿做法: 用小煲煮沸水,然後加入糖和可可粉,煮至糖溶化,拌勻成巧克力漿。將巧克力漿直接倒在步驟3的麵糊上 (直接倒在上面便可,不用拌勻)。放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約35分鐘至表面凝固。
