Double Chocolate Muffins 雙重巧克力鬆餅
Moist, rich, chocolatey muffins, chocolate muffins with chocolate chips, who doesn’t love it? This is a very easy, fool-proof recipe.
This is my favourite muffin recipe, I always love to add oil instead of butter, which can make the muffins really moist and airy. Just simple 4 steps , mix the ingredients together and you will have these heavenly muffins.

香濃雙重巧克力鬆餅 Double Chocolate Muffins,香濃巧克力,非常濕潤鬆軟。這個是我最喜歡的鬆餅食譜,沒有牛油,用菜油代替,就是令鬆餅更濕潤的小秘密。
材料非常簡單,只需4個步驟,新手也輕鬆做到! 做早餐,小食,下午茶,必定大受歡迎~
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
Add the wet mixture into the dry one, mix until well-combined. Then add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into lined muffin tins, pop in preheated oven at 180C for 20-23 minutes.
在大碗內將麵粉,泡打粉,梳打粉,可可粉,糖和鹽拌勻。
在另一碗內將雞蛋,油,牛奶和希臘乳酪拌勻。
將雞蛋混合液與步驟一的麵粉拌勻,再加入巧克力碎。
將麵糊倒入焗模內,再在上面放少許巧克力碎,放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約20至23分鐘即成。
*這個食譜可做6個鬆餅
*如沒有希臘乳酪greek yogurt,可用普通乳酪
*梳打粉Baking Soda是令鬆餅更鬆軟,如沒有,也可省略
- 90 gram plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 90 gram sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 85 ml milk
- 40 ml vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
- 150 gram chocolate chips
- 材料:

- 泡打粉 1茶匙
- 梳打粉 1/4茶匙
- 糖 90克
- 可可粉 1湯匙
- 雞蛋 1隻
- 鹽 1/4茶匙
- 牛奶 85毫升
- 油(煮食用的油) 40毫升
- 希臘乳酪 2湯匙
- 巧克力碎 150克
