Creamy Salmon Fettuccine 三文魚忌廉意粉

Summer is here, so I like to cook something refreshing. This creamy sauce with hint of lemon can make the whole world of difference. Add in salmon and green peas, a plate full of everything you need in a day. Perfect meal for the whole family!

Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water, drain well. Steam the salmon and cut into small pieces.
Add some olive oil and garlic in a pan, then add in cream. Bring it to boil, then add in cheese and mix well.
Add in green peas and salmon, cook for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with some lemon juice. Add in pasta and mix well. Enjoy!
將意粉煮熟後,瀝乾水份備用。將三文魚蒸熟,切成小塊.
下少許橄欖油,炒一炒蒜片,然後下忌廉,煮沸後下芝士拌勻.
再下青豆和三文魚,煮兩分鐘,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味,再加檸檬汁. 最後一下意粉,拌勻即成!
- 150 g fettuccine or any pasta
- 200 g salmon
- 50 g green peas
- 2 slices garlic
- 150 ml cream
- lemon juice
- 150 克 意粉

- 50 克 青豆
- 2 瓣 蒜頭(切片)
