Creamy Kimchi Chicken Pasta 泡菜忌廉雞肉意粉
Kimchi and cream are surprisingly well combination, the sauce are perfectly match for pasta, any kind! It sounds weird but it is delicious!
Kimchi pasta is always my favourite now, the sauce is sour, little bit spicy and super creamy. If you like pasta, you will get addicted. You can marinate the chicken with kimchi, which give more flavour in it. It takes only 15 minutes to make, perfect for quick lunch or weekday dinner.
泡菜加入意粉內,出奇地配!再加入忌廉,就做成酸辣又Creamy 的醬汁,一試就會愛上!

Marinate the chicken pieces with chopped kimchi and seasoning for at least 30 minutes. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the pasta of your choice and drain well.
Add oil in hot pan, cook the onion and then the chicken. Add 150ml hot water and whipping cream, season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and mix well.
將泡菜切碎,然後與雞肉和醃料拌勻,醃30分鐘。煮沸一鍋水,下2小匙鹽,然後下意粉,煮熟後瀝乾水份。
熱鑊後下油,先炒洋蔥,然後下雞肉,炒至豬肉全熟。再下150毫升熱水和淡忌廉,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味,煮沸,再下意粉拌勻即成!
- 150 gram pasta
- 200 gram chicken
- 1/2 bowl kimchi
- 100-150 ml cooking cream
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- few sesame oil

- 泡菜 半碗
- 淡忌廉 100-150毫升
- 洋蔥 (切絲) 1/4個
- 醃料:
- 生抽 2湯匙
- 糖 1茶匙
- 麻油 少許
