Classic Lasagna 意式肉醬千層麵
Nothing can beat this classic Italian lasagna with homemade meat sauce. Very rich and with different layers of flavour combine together, great meal for sharing with big crowd of families and friends. Buonissimoooo!!!!
It is not difficult to maks authentic lasaga, just combine different ingredients together and make layers. The secret for the best lasagna is the meat sauce, of course you can buy ths store brought one, but homemade one just soooo delicious and make the HUGE difference.
I love this rich lasaga, the melted cheese, meat sauce, white sauce and pasta combine together. Soooo delicious, great for big dinner party that can feed a big crowd with satisfaction. Buon Appetito!

For the white sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add in flour and stir quickly until smooth. Slowly add in milk and keep stirring, the sauce will become thicken, season with salt and pepper.
白醬製法:在小鍋內先用中火煮化牛油,然後下麵粉快速拌勻至沒有粉粒。再逐少加入牛奶,不停拌勻,醬汁會慢慢變濃稠,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味。
You can buy the store brought meat sauce, or make it by yourself, you can find the meat sauce recipe on my website here.For the lasagna, place thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the ovenproof dish, then arrange a layer of lasagne sheets, then spoon a layer of meat sauce, follow by layer of white sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat these steps one or two times, sprinkle the cheese on top.
先在烤盤塗一層肉醬,然後下一層千層麵,加一層白醬,再灑上芝士。重複這幾個步驟: 肉醬->白醬->芝士碎,最後在頂層灑上芝士。放入預熱190度焗爐,焗35至45分鐘,至表面金黃色即成,待千層麵靜置十分鐘後才享用。也可蓋上錫紙以防燒焦表面。
Put in preheated oven of 190C, bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden. You can cover with foil to prevent the top is too brown. Let the lasagana rest for about 10 minutes before serve.
- 10 lasagne sheets
- 2 bowls meat sauce
- Parmesan cheese, to taste
- Mozzarella cheese, to taste
- 50 gram unsalted butter
- 50 gram all-purpose flour
- 900 ml milk
