Cinnamon Apple Cake 肉桂蘋果蛋糕
I love everything about baked/cooked apple. They are soft, sweet and little tangy, so great with any dessert. Apple crumble, apple pie, baked apple, apple cake….
This apple cake is so easy to make, super soft and moist. You need to taste it in one or two days or it will become too soft to eat. Soft and sweet apple inside a cake, with little hint of cinnamon….SOOOOO Yummy! It is definitely my comfort food of this cold weather.

這個蘋果蛋糕超級鬆軟,中間夾著酸酸甜甜的蘋果,一點點的肉桂味,超美味!這個蛋糕一定要在一兩天內享用,不然就會影響口感。超美味的蘋果蛋糕,絕對是我在冬天的comfort food!
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add in eggs, mix well.
Add in milk and yogurt, mix well. Sift in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix until well-combined.
In another bowl, dice the apples into small cubes, mix with sugar and cinnamon.
Pour 2/3 batter into a lined baking tin, then add in apples. Top with remaining batter, sprinkle with cinnamon + sugar.
Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 26 to 28 minutes or until fully cooked.
Let it cool completely and enjoy!
用電動打蛋器打發牛油和糖至淡白色。然後加入雞蛋,拌勻。
加入牛奶和乳酪拌勻,再篩入麵粉、泡打粉和梳打粉,拌勻。
在另一個碗內,將蘋果切成小塊,加入糖和肉桂粉,拌勻。
將2/3的蛋糕糊倒入鋪有烘焙紙的焗盤內,放入蘋果,再倒入餘下的蛋糕糊。在上面灑上糖和肉桂粉。
放入已預熱180C 焗爐,焗約26至28分鐘,或至蛋糕全熟即可。待涼後切件享用!
