Chocolate Covered Almonds 杏仁巧克力
Healthy snacks can be yummy too! These delicious chocolate covered almonds are crunchy and delicious.
I used to love those fancy chocolate stores that sell chocolate covered almonds, they are so yummy and also, full of chemicals and everything. So, for the healthier version, you can always make it at home. With good quality dark chocolate, it can become healthy snacks!

香脆的杏仁沾滿巧克力和可可粉,杏仁營養價值高,作小食很不錯。

Bake the almonds at 160C for 10 to 15 minutes. Or put in a pan (without oil) under low heat for 10 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in microwave, then add in almonds, mix well. Put on lined baking tray and chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
Put the almonds in a bowl and mix with cocoa powder. Store in air-tight bottle and chill in fridge.
將杏仁放入焗爐以160度C,焗約10-15分鐘,備用。(或可放入鑊內,不用下油,用細火烘10分鐘)
將巧克力用微波爐或隔水加熱法溶化,將杏仁加入溶化巧克力內,拌勻。放在烘焙紙上,再放入雪櫃30分鐘或至巧克力凝固。
再將杏仁放入碗內,灑上可可粉,沾滿每顆杏仁。存放在密封罐內,放在雪櫃內保存。
- 150 gram almonds
- 100 gram chocolate
- cocoa powder
