Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding 巧克力奇異籽布丁
Super food chia seed can make a lovely pudding, add little bit of cocoa powder make the whole world of difference. Healthy and delicious breakfast that you make in no time!
Been having chia seed for few years now, usually I just put it in water or juice to have it. Lately I try to make something new, chia seed pudding is actually taste good! Healthy food can be yummy, that surprise me! Try and be healthy!
奇異籽chia seed是超級食物,營養豐富,含豐富蛋白質,Omega 3,高纖維。
可將奇異籽與牛奶拌勻,放入雪櫃待過夜,第二天早上就成布丁,美味又健康,作早餐或下午茶,超方便~
Mix chia seed and milk (or almond milk, soy milk etc) together, then add in cocoa powder and honey. Mix well, then chill in fridge for at least an hour (over night is better)
Serve with fresh fruit!
將奇異籽與牛奶拌勻(可用杏仁奶,荳奶等)再加入可可粉和蜂蜜拌勻,再放入雪櫃最少一個小時(過夜更好)
再加上水果享用即成!
- 60 gram chia seed
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- fresh fruit
- 材料:
- 奇異籽 60克
- 牛奶 250毫升
- 蜂蜜 2湯匙
- 可可粉 2湯匙
- 水果 適量
