Chocolate Banana Cake 巧克力香蕉蛋糕
There are always banana at my home and they are…always very ripe, how come! That’s why I always have to do many baking in order to use up all those ripe bananas. The best thing of using bananas on your baking is… ripe bananas have natural sweetness and you can reduce the sugar used. Also, of course banana is healthy and make every bake goods healthier 😉
This banana cake/bread mix with cocoa powder and chocolate chips, it is very moist, sweet and delicious!
家裡經常有熟透的香蕉,每天吃一隻也趕不上進度,所以我經常會用熟透的香蕉來焗蛋糕、做Pancakes 和做曲奇。用熟透的香蕉來做蛋糕,可增加甜味,也可減少用糖,那就更健康呢!
這次加了可可粉和巧克力,香濃的巧克力加上香蕉味,蛋糕濕潤鬆軟。當下午茶點,超美味的! 做法簡單,新手也可輕鬆做到~
Mash the bananas with a fork, set aside.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add in two eggs, mix well.
Sift in flour, baking powder and cocoa powder, beat until well-combined.
Add in banana puree and chocolate chips, mix well.
Pour the batter into buttered baking tin, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
將已熟透的香蕉用叉壓爛,備用。
先用電動打蛋器打發無鹽牛油至淡黃色,然後下糖拌勻。加入雞蛋拌勻,然後篩入麵粉、可可粉和泡打粉,拌勻。
再加入香蕉和巧克力碎拌勻。將蛋糕糊倒入蛋糕烤模內,放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約25分鐘或至蛋糕全熟即成!
- 2 bananas
- 140 gram unsalted butter
- 100 gram sugar
- 2 eggs
- 130 gram plan flour
- 7 gram baking powder
- 20 gram cocoa powder
- 70 gram chocolate chips
