Chinese Orange Chicken 香橙雞球

Cut the chicken into small pieces, use some soy sauce, salt and sugar to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Dip the chicken into beaten egg, then coat with corn starch. Fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden.
For the orange sauce : Add all the seasonings (except corn starch) into a pan, cook under medium heat until boil, then add some water + corn starch, cook until the sauce is thicken.
Add in chicken into the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with some white sesame seeds, enjoy!
將雞肉切小塊,用少許生抽、鹽和糖醃雞肉30分鐘.
將雞肉沾蛋液,然後再沾生粉。拍去多餘的粉,放入熱油鑊炸至金黃色.
醬汁做法:將所有調味料(生粉除外)放入鑊內,用中火煮沸,再用少許水+生粉拌勻,煮至醬汁濃稠. 將雞肉與醬汁拌勻,灑上白芝麻即成!
- 400 g chicken

- 100 ml orange juice
- orange zest
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 30 ml water
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 400 克 雞肉

- 生粉
- 白芝麻
- 100 毫升 橙汁
- 橙皮屑
- 1 湯匙 白醋
- 1 茶匙 糖
- 30 毫升 水
- 1 茶匙 蒜蓉
- 1 茶匙 薑蓉
