Chinese Braised Mushroom Noodles 乾燒伊麵
This Braised Mushroom Noodles is a classic dish in Chinese restaurant. I always love it, but overtime after I had it in restaurant, I got sick cause is too oily.
But you can actually make it at home easily, I love to add lots of mushrooms. The main sauce of the noodles is just oyster sauce, can’t believe is so simple yet delicious. 15-minute recipe that is perfect for quick lunch!
每次到酒樓都很喜歡叫這個乾燒伊麵,有超多的冬菇,香濃的蠔油煮麵,超好味!如買不到伊麵也可用其他麵代替。
15分鐘就做到,超方便又美味的午餐之選!
Add noodles in boiling water, cook for a minute then drain well.
Soak the shiitake mushrooms, then slice it. (Also can add any kind of mushroom) Add oil in hot pan, cook the mushrooms for two minutes. Then add in noodles and cook for a minute.
Add all the seasoning and spring onion, stir well. Enjoy!
將伊麵餅放入沸水內,煮約一分鐘,瀝乾水份備用.
冬菇浸軟,切片,備用 (*也可用其他草菇、磨菇等) 燒熱鑊後下油,炒冬菇,兩分鐘. 然後下伊麵,炒一分鐘.
下所有調味料和香蔥,再炒一炒即成!

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 份 伊麵
- 數隻 冬菇
- 數隻 磨菇
- 香蔥
- 2 湯匙 蠔油
- 1/2 湯匙 生抽
- 1 茶匙 糖
