Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies 朱古力碎曲奇

Happy 2025! A new year a head with more delicious and easy recipes!

This has to be my favourite chocolate chip cookies recipes. I love the thin cookies, it taste less heavy than the chunky one. The thin cookies give the chewy texture, with the chocolate melting….soooooo yummy!

It is not cheap to buy cookies in bakery, so it is better to bake it yourself at home. They are soooo easy to make and the best thing is, you can keep the dough in the freezer, so whenever you feel like a cookie, just pop the dough in the oven an after 15 minutes, you will have a super delicious, soft and chewy cookies!!!! 這個是我其中最愛的巧克力曲奇食譜,我喜歡薄薄,外脆內Chewy的曲奇。加了溶化的巧克力碎,超!級!好!味!

在餅店賣的曲奇真的不便宜,自己做超簡單。最重要是可以將曲奇麵糰放在冰箱,隨時想吃曲奇就拿出來焗,15分鐘後就有新鮮的曲奇!!!試了你必定會愛上 😉

Mix brown sugar, white sugar and melted butter together. Then add in egg, mix well.

Then add in flour and baking soda, gently mix together. Do not over mix it. Add in chocolate chips, mix well.

Divide the dough into small pieces (I made 8 pieces) , roll into ball. (If the dough is too soft to work with, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes)

Put in freezer for at least 1 hour. (If the dough is too soft to work with, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes)

Take the dough out, place it on lined baking sheet. Give enough space between each dough as it will spread. Bake in preheated oven at 170C, bake for about 11-13minutes.

Sprinkle some sea salt on top, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet (or it will break). Enjoy!

*you can keep the dough in the freezer up to 3 months

將黃糖、白糖和溶化牛油拌勻。加入雞蛋,拌勻。

篩入麵粉和梳打粉,拌勻。再加入巧克力碎拌勻。

將麵糰分成小份(我分成8份),搓圓。*如麵糰太難操作,可先放份雪櫃半個小時,才分成小份。

將麵糰放入冰箱最少一個小時 ,然後在麵糰放在鋪有烘焙紙的焗盤上,放入已預熱170C焗爐,焗約11-13分鐘。灑上海鹽,讓曲奇在焗盤上待涼後才享用,否則曲奇會碎。

*曲奇麵糰可以放在冰箱至3個月

  • 110 g Melted Butter 溶化牛油
  • 100 g Brown Sugar 黃糖
  • 160 g White Sugar 白糖
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 150 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 梳打粉
  • 140 g Chocolate Chips 朱古力碎
  • Sea Salt, to taste 海鹽
