Cheesy Mushroom Omelette 芝士磨菇奄列
Very simple but healthy and delicious omelette for breakfast, muhsroom omelette with cheddar cheese. Quick and easy way to start the day, not bad!
One of the easiest cooked breakfast is omelette, add whatever you like into the omelette, less than 10 minutes you can have a lovely nutritious breakfast. I love to put mushrooms in it, sprinkle with some cheddar cheese (or a lot!) Melted cheese, mushroom and egg…hmmm.

Add oil in hot pan, cook the mushroom for few minutes until soften. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside. (pour the excess water)
熱鑊下油(也可下牛油),先煮磨菇數分鐘,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味,盛起備用(倒去多出的水份)。Add a little bit oil in a pan again, add in beaten egg, let it cook for a minute on medium heat. Add mushroom on one side of the egg, sprinkle with cheddar cheese on top. Then filp the egg over to cover the mushroom, cook for a while longer. Done!
再下少許油,倒入雞蛋液,用中火煎蛋約一分鐘。然後在蛋的一邊加入磨菇及芝士碎,將另一邊的蛋蓋在磨菇上,再煎一會即可~
- 100 gram Mushroom
- 2 eggs
- 25 gram cheedar cheese
- 材料:
- 磨菇(切片) - 100克
- 雞蛋 -2隻
- 車打芝士碎 - 25克
