Cheese Crisp 芝士脆片

Amazingly yummy, crispy , low carb and cheesy crisp. Only need one ingredient and in 10 minutes you will have one of the perfect snacks in the world!

I can’t tell you how much I looooove these crisps! Sooooooo cheesy, yes you can use cheddar, parmesan or other cheese you like. It is super super easy to make , just put grated cheese in oven for 10 minutes! It is that simple! PERFECT!

Let the cheese crisps rest for 5 minutes after baking, it will become crispier. Please try it if you are cheese lover!

這個超美味又脆酥的芝士片,超超超容易做,零難度,材料只有一種,用焗爐就做到! 

濃濃的起司香,金黃酥脆,一口接一口,超美味!

Place some shredded cheese on lined baking sheet with parchment. (Don’t use foil, it won’t work)

Seasoning with some basil, chilli powder or any seasoning you desire.

Pop in preheated oven at  180C for about 10 to 12 minutes or until sloghtly brown. Let it cool on wire rack, the crisps will even crispier. Enjoy!

先將烘焙紙鋪在烤盤上,將起司碎放在烘焙紙上,分成小份,每份隔有空間 ,再加點調味粉(*必定要烘焙紙,不可用其他,否則會黏著做不到的)

放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約10至12分鐘,或至芝士片成金黃色

*如想脆片更酥脆,可烤至焦一點. 讓芝士片待涼一會就會變香脆,如不脆,再焗長一點時間

  • 150 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 150 g Cheddar Cheese
  • basil
  • chilli powder
