Caramel Bread Popcorn 焦糖麵包爆谷

Haha so this is a funny recipe! I always make popcorn at home, it is a very healthy snack (if only put salt in it) but sometimes you need to indulgent yourself to have caramel popcorn. Who doesn’t like caramel right?

Instead of sweetcorn kernels, we use bread instead. Cut it into very small pieces, then toast it and mix with caramel sauce. Super Easy! It can keep well in airtight box for few days. I am sure kids will love it too!

我在家經常會做爆谷當零食,非常健康(只用鹽調味),但有時也會放縱一下做焦糖爆谷,有誰不喜歡焦糖?!

這次就用麵包代替爆谷,剪成超小塊,烘至金黃香脆,再與焦糖漿拌勻,超級好吃!超簡單易做,大人小朋友都鍾意!

Cut few slices of bread into small pieces. Then place in a pan, cook under medium low heat until all golden and crispy, set aside.

Add sugar and water in a saucepan, cook under medium heat until amber colour. Then add in butter and baking soda, stir quickly.

Mix the bread bites and caramel together, let it cool and enjoy!

將麵包剪成小塊, 放入平底鑊內,用中火烘至每面金黃香脆

將糖和水拌勻在鍋內,用中火煮至糖成焦色,然後加牛油和梳打粉,拌勻.再將焦糖漿和吐司拌勻,待涼即成!
