Caesar Salad 凱撒沙律
The most classic Caesar Salad with the classic homemade dressing. Perfect side dish or main salad meal, delicious dressing with crunchy croutons and crispy romaine lettuce. The simple yet perfect salad at all time.
The classic salad that everyone loves. Super super simple, I mean, just lettuce, crouton, parmesan cheese, with the dressing. Why it can be soooo delicious?! I just love to make it as side dish or add some grilled chicken for light dinner. So easy to make and no fuss, love it!
The most important thing of course is the dressing, you have to use achovy, seriously. Without anchovy, it just doesn’t taste like Caesar salad. My dressig recipe is just the simple classic one, but instead of raw egg yolk, I use mayonnaise. With the homemade croutons (yes homemade is so much better), crispy lettuce, parmesan cheese….mmmm is perfect!

爽脆的羅馬生菜,烤過的香蒜麵包粒,香濃芝士,配自調的沙律醬,清新美味!
也可加上烤雞肉,作前菜沙律或主菜,簡單又飽足,不用到西餐廳也吃到喔!
Chop the romaine lettuce into chunky pieces. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
將羅馬生菜洗淨,然後切小塊(不要太小)。將所有沙律醬材料拌便可,按自己口味加減份量。
For the croutons, cut the bread into cubes, then drizzle with olive oil and garlic powder , or other herbs and spices of your choice. Then bake it at 180C for 15 minutes until golden. Or grill the bread cubes in a pan until golden.
先將麵包切丁,下橄欖油,蒜粉及巴西里粉Parsley拌勻。方法一:平均鋪在烤盤上,放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約15分鐘至麵包粒金黃酥脆即可 (在焗至最後5分鐘,將麵包粒反轉另一面再烤) 方法二: 放在平底鑊內,用中小火焗吐司至金黃酥脆。

將羅馬生菜及麵包粒放在碟上,淋上適量的凱撒醬,最後再加芝士片即成!
- 60 gram romaine lettuce
- Parmesan cheese
- Bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Parsley
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 -2 anchovy, minced
- 材料:
- 羅馬生菜 -60克
- Parmesan芝士 -適量
- 麵包 -適量
- 橄欖油 -1湯匙
- 蒜粉 -1茶匙
- 巴西里 -適量
- 沙律醬:
- 沙律醬 -2湯匙
- 芥末醬 -1/2 茶匙
- Parmesan芝士 -2湯匙
- 蒜蓉 -1/2茶匙
- 白醋 -1湯匙
- 水-2湯匙
- 鯷魚 -1-2條,切碎
