Brownie Muffins 布朗尼鬆餅

Who like brownie and muffins? You have to try this, they are just so delicious! Funny that the top does look like brownie and inside is so light and soft muffin. Super easy to make (simply mix everything together) and you can have two lovely goodies in one mouthful. Try and you will love it!
將布朗尼brownie和鬆餅muffin合併,表面有布朗尼的香脆,裡面是濕潤鬆軟的鬆餅,香濃的巧克力,超美味!
材料和做法也非常簡單,當早餐或下午茶也很讚,喜歡巧克力的你不要錯過!
Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave, set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the egg and sugar together for few minutes until the batter is creamy and fluffy. Add in melted chocolate, mix well.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, fold it gently.
Pour the batter into lined muffin tin, add some more chocolate chips on top. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 13 minutes or until fully cooked.
先將巧克力碎和牛油放入微波爐或用隔水加熱法,至溶化。
在大碗內用電動打蛋器打發雞蛋和糖,用高速打發數分鐘至蛋糊成淡黃色。加入步驟一的巧克力漿,拌勻。
再篩入麵粉、可可粉和泡打粉,輕力拌勻。
將麵糊倒入鬆餅模內,可再放點巧克力碎,放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約13分鐘或至全熟即成!

- 55 gram unsalted butter
- 55 gram chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 50 gram sugar
- 30 gram plain flour
- 20 gram cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
