Brownie Cookies 布朗尼曲奇
Happy new year! Nothing better than starting a new year with yummy baked goods. So here we have here, rich, indulgent and super delicious brownie cookies. Yes, it is brownie and cookies, the texture is crispy on the outside like cookies; and gooey on the inside like brownie.

這個布朗尼曲奇比布朗尼更香脆。香濃的可可,再加巧克力碎,外脆內軟,超好味!
做法簡單,新手也可輕鬆做到,大人小朋友一定鍾意!
Mix the melted butter, egg , sugar and cocoa powder together. Then sift in flour, salt and baking powder, mix it gently until well combined.
Add in chocolate chips, mix well.
Add about one tablespoon cookie dough on lined baking sheets. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 12-14 minutes. Enjoy!、

將溶化牛油、雞蛋、砂糖和可可粉拌勻。篩入麵粉、鹽和泡打粉,輕力拌勻 (*不要過份攪拌)
加入朱古力碎,拌勻.
將一湯匙的粉糰放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上, 放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約12-14分鐘即成!

- 50 g cocoa powder
- 65 g plain flour
- 4 g baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 110 g chocolate chips
- 65 克 溶化無鹽牛油
- 90 克 砂糖
- 1 隻 雞蛋
- 50 克 可可粉
- 65 克 中筋麵粉
- 4 克 泡打粉
- 1/8 茶匙 鹽
- 110 克 朱古力碎
