Brown Sugar Ginger Milk Pudding 黑糖薑汁燉奶
Classic Chinese dessert – simple milk pudding with a hint of ginger, very smooth and creamy pudding. Ginger and milk are the best combination for women, perfect for winter.
Very traditional dessert that you can make at home in 15 mins, simply mix all the ingredients together then steam it. Then you will have a silky, creamy texture milk pudding. This time I use brown sugar which make it taste even better. You probably already have all the ingredients, make it as after dinner dessert tonight 😉
天氣寒冷,吃一碗熱騰騰的薑汁燉奶就最暖胃,加入黑糖,味道更香濃。材料非常簡單,簡單將材料拌勻,再蒸便可,零難度。

Grate the ginger then squeeze the juice. Mix the egg white, milk, brown sugar and ginger juice together. Then sift the mixture and pour into 2 bows, cover with cling film. Steam at high heat for 15 minutes.
先將薑去皮,然後磨成薑泥,再榨成薑汁。將蛋白、牛奶、黑糖和薑汁在碗內拌勻,將液體過篩,再倒入碗內,用錫紙或保鮮紙包好,然後用大火蒸約15分鐘即成。
- 2 egg whites
- 35 gram brown sugar
- 300 ml milk
- 4 tablespoons ginger juice
- 材料:
- 蛋白 2隻
- 黑糖 35克
- 牛奶 300毫升
- 薑汁 4湯匙
