Bread & Butter Pudding 英式麵包布甸
Lovely and simple dessert that is so comforting and delicious. It is like gooey like a pudding and you can have a crispy bread on top.
If you have some leftover bread, this is a perfect way to use it. You can use any kind of bread you like, not only sliced bread, cinnamon rolls will be great too! Just few steps and you can have a big plate of lovely dessert in no time.
這個傳統英式甜點-麵包布丁Bread & Butter Pudding, 最適合冬天享用。上層是香脆的麵包,下面是綿綿的布甸,香濃美味!簡單的材料,卻能做出美味滿足的甜點!多了的麵包不要掉,做這個甜點就最好!
Spread some butter on bread, then cut it into half or 1/4. Wipe some butter in a baking tray, then lay the bread and add some raisins.
Mix milk, egg, vanilla extract and sugar together.
Pour the mixture into a tray and let the bread soak in it for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some brown sugar on top and pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 30 – 35 minutes. Dust with icing sugar, enjoy!
用牛油塗麵包,然後切半或1/4,用少許牛油塗抹烤盤,然後將麵包排好,再灑上葡萄乾。
將牛奶、雞蛋、雲呢嗱香油和糖拌勻。
將蛋液倒入烤盤內,壓一壓麵包,令每一部份都沾有蛋漿,靜置10分鐘,再在上面灑上紅糖。然後再放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約30-35分鐘,在上面灑上糖霜即成!
- 6 slices bread
- raisins , optional
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
- 15 gram sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- brown sugar, for sprinkle on top
