Blueberry Muffins 藍莓鬆餅

Yes it is muffin again!!!! And YES blueberry muffins! My all-time favourite!

I always make blueberry muffins for breakfast, it is fresh and delicious. You can use butter or oil to make, depends what kind of texture and taste you go for. For me, ALWAYS WITH BUTTER, it just make it taste so much better! And adding yogurt did make a big different, make lighter texture. This is by far the best recipe, save it and enjoy it!

無錯,又是鬆餅食譜!我最喜歡的藍莓鬆餅。之前已分享了不用版本,用牛油、菜油,成品一個較香濃,另一個較鬆軟。

個人較喜歡用牛油,口感更香濃,再加入乳酪,令鬆餅更鬆軟。超簡單易做,超美味!這個是我做過暫時最好的食譜,記得收藏食譜呀!

Mix sugar and butter together. Then add in egg, mix well.

Add yogurt and lemon juice.

Sift in flour and baking powder, mix until well combined. Add in blueberries.

Pour the batter into muffin tin, pop in preheated oven at 200C, bake for 5 minutes, then turn to 180C for 15 minutes. (With higher heat at the beginning, it can be a higher top). Enjoy!

*This recipe can make 6 muffins

將糖和溶化牛油拌勻,加入雞蛋,拌勻。

加入乳酪、檸檬汁,再篩入麵粉和泡打粉,拌勻。

最後加入藍莓,拌勻。

將麵糊倒入鬆餅模內,放入已預熱200C 焗5分鐘。然後再轉180度焗15分鐘即成!

  • 120 g Sugar 糖
  • 60 g Melted Butter 溶化牛油
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 170 g Yogurt 乳酪
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice 檸檬汁
  • 130 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 7 g Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • 80 g Blueberries 藍莓
