Blackberry Crumble 水果金寶 (黑莓)
All-time flavourite, simple, delicious and comforting dessert – English crumble. With seasonal blackberry, apples, strawberries, peaches…topped with golden crispy crumble, perfect dessert for any time.
Crumble is always the favourite dessert at my home. British Mr P loves crumble so much, he always want it for dessert. Since the crumble is one of the easiest dessert in the world, I always love to make it, especially it can last for few days for two-person family, so I don’t have to prepare dessert everyday! (wink wink)
You can put any fruit you like in the crumble, I always love apple with cinnamon, strawberry, peach (the tin one) it always goes well. This time I use the blackberries, it is quite sharp but refreshing. Simply top with crumble, bake in oven, viola! Golden crispy crumble with warm cooked fruit…just perfect!
金寶crumble是傳統英式甜點,也是Mr P的最愛,經常嚷著要我做給他吃。當然我也非常樂意做,因這是超級容易的甜品,每次做一大盤,就可以吃幾天喔!
用什麼水果都可,如蘋果,蜜桃,草莓等。在上面鋪一層crumble,焗至金黃酥脆,焗過的水果酸酸甜甜,再配忌廉或雪糕享用,超簡單又美味!
在花園採摘了很多黑莓,所以這次就用黑莓金寶,大家也可用其他水果,自己做比甜品店的更美味!
Wash and cut the fruit of your choice into small pieces, then add some lemon juice and mix with some sugar. If you use apple, you can add one to two teaspoons of cinnamon.
先將水果洗淨去皮,切小塊,下糖及檸檬汁拌勻 (如用蘋果,加一至兩小匙肉桂粉拌勻)放入大烤盤內。For the crumble topping, mix the flour and sugar together. Then add in butter cubes, rub it in with your fingertips until the mixture is like breadcrumbs.
金寶crumble做法:將麵粉及糖拌勻,下切小塊的牛油。用手將牛油捏碎,與麵粉拌勻成顆粒狀,這就成crumble。將金寶鋪在水果上,壓實。然後在表面灑少許紅糖,可增加口感。
Lay the crumble mixture on top of the fruit. Then pop in prehaeted oven at 180C for 40 to 45 minutes or until the crumble is golden. Let it set at least 30 minutes before serve. Serve with whipped cream, custard or ice-cream.
放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約40至45分鐘,至表面金黃色即成!待涼20分鐘後才享用。
- 300 gram blackberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- brown sugar for sprinkle on top
- 110 gram unsalted butter
- 110 gram sugar
- 180 gram all-purpose flour
- 材料:

- 糖 -2湯匙
- 紅糖 -適量
- 金寶:
- 無鹽牛油 -110克
- 糖 -110克
- 中筋麵粉-180克

- For the crumble topping, mix the flour and sugar together. Then add in butter cubes, rub it in with your fingertips until the mixture is like breadcrumbs.
- Lay the crumble mixture on top of the fruit. Then pop in prehaeted oven at 180C for 40 to 45 minutes or until the crumble is golden.
- Let it set at least 30 minutes before serve. Serve with whipped cream, custard or ice-cream.
